    ScanIO: Recall Capability for Documents in “In Enrich” State

    New feature | released September 22, 2025


    A recall button has been added in both List View and Document Details for documents in the “In Enrich” state.

    This feature allows buyers to pull back a ScanIo document previously sent to the supplier for enrichment, enabling them to process the document without waiting for supplier action or the standard enrichment timeout.


    ScanIO: QR Code Rendering for Malaysian Invoices

    New feature | released September 30, 2025


    When a Malaysian invoice arrives in ScanIo with a QR code attachment (typically qrcode.txt from MyInvois), the QR code is rendered directly in the document preview panel.

    This update enables the display of both the IRBM unique identifier and the government-issued QR code within ScanIo, rather than only later in Document Manager after dispatch.
